Charged 100% of service total & future online booking prohibited.
Future Appointments: will require a non-refundable deposit
No-Shows: Charged 100% of service total; all future bookings prohibited.
Late arrival:
15+ minutes late may not receive all booked services due to time constraints; however, you will remain responsible for the full service balance
